Privacy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This policy covers this website and the Ficha waitlist. The app isn't available yet; when it is, it will have its own policy.
Who is responsible
Ficha Group S.A. is responsible for the data collected on this website.
What we keep
If you join the list, we keep your email, the language of the page you joined from, the date, your ficha number, and the bitcoin block at that moment. Nothing else.
This website uses no cookies. If you pick light or dark mode, that preference is stored only on your device, as is your ficha number, so we can show it to you when you come back.
How we count visits
To know how many people visit the website, we use Vercel Web Analytics, from the provider that hosts it. It records which page you saw, which site you came from, your approximate country and city, and your type of device, system and browser. It uses no cookies and keeps nothing that identifies you: your visit is recognized by a code created from the connection, which is discarded after 24 hours. We only see aggregate numbers.
What it's for
To write to you when Ficha opens. We don't sell your email or share it with anyone for marketing. If you share the image of your ficha, it shows your number and the block, never your email.
Bitcoin network data
To show the latest bitcoin block, our servers look it up on public block explorers (mempool.space or blockstream.info). Your browser doesn't connect to them or send them anything.
Where it's stored
In private storage at Vercel, the provider that hosts this website. Their servers may be outside Argentina.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your data at any time by writing to privacidad@ficha.com.
Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 25,326), you may access your personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in Article 14(3). The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose rights have been affected by a breach of data protection rules.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
