You should know what custody costs before you commit. We keep our pricing straightforward, stable, and free of surprises.
Our model is simple: a fair annual rate for custody, network costs passed through at cost, and execution fees shown before you confirm.
Custody
We charge 0.25% per year on your bitcoin holdings, billed monthly. The fee is calculated on your daily average balance.
After your first year, a monthly minimum applies for accounts holding bitcoin: $15/month for individuals and $60/month for businesses. This only applies when the percentage fee would be lower.
If you're just getting started, we waive this minimum for your first 12 months. No minimum balance to open an account.
Buying and selling
Execution fees are included in the quote we show you before you confirm. You'll always know the total cost.
Fees typically range from 0.5% to 1.0%, depending on order size and market conditions. Larger orders generally cost less as a percentage.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits
Bitcoin sent to your Ficha address is credited at no charge.
Withdrawals
You pay network cost, passed through without markup. Any handling fee is shown before you confirm.
Stablecoins and bank transfers
Network costs passed through at cost. Third-party fees (payment rails, banking partners) shown before you proceed.
Succession
Standard claims
$0. We do not charge an administrative fee to release funds to verified beneficiaries.
Third-party costs
Notary, apostille, certified translations, and court or legal fees (if required) are billed at cost.
Exceptional cases
If a claim is disputed or requires complex, multi-jurisdiction work, an administration fee may apply from $750, capped at $2,000. Any fee is quoted in writing before work begins.
